The Simple Way To Change your Login background Image with a single Drag-and-Drop.
If your Mac is password protected, the first screen you see after starting up is the login screen. This screen contains the default image of Mac OS X, which can get boring after a while.
Loginox is an application which lets you easily customize the login screen.
Use Loginox to change the login background image with a single Drag-and-Drop.
Why navigate through all the folders on your hard disk?
Drag a JPG or PNG image from anywhere and drop it into the main window of Loginox. A simple click on the Set new Login image button will change the login background image.

For switching back to the Mac OS X default login background image or login logo click on the Reset button in the corresponding tab.
Requirement: Mac OS X 10.10.x
Please note: The contrast of the login screen is set automatically by Mac OS X system. If your image has not enough contrast, the buttons at the bottom of the login screen are not clearly visible. In such cases, you may find another suitable image or edit the image and increase manually its contrast.

When you open the application you can see the Main Window, tab Login image. The Main Window shows on the left side the current login background image and on the right side the new image.
Drag and drop a JPG image into the New Login image frame.
After dropping the JPG image file the display field indicates that the image is loading. When you would like another image, drag and drop another image into the New Login image frame.
The dropped JPG image is now loaded and it is ready to set as the new login background image.
Click on the button Set new Login image to replace the current login background image with the new dropped image. The display field indicates that the image is changing.
The dropped image is now the current login background image. When you logout, you can see the customized Login screen.
If you want to reset the current login background image to the Mac OS X default login background image, click on the button Reset to default image. The display field indicates that the image is changing.
The current login background image is now set to the Mac OS X default login background image. To see the changes you have to log out.
